*** The Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) will hold the first public meeting to gather input on the Oakton Transportation Corridor Study. ***
The meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 13, 6:30 p.m., at Oakton High School
This study was approved by the Board of Supervisors back in March and is the direct result of community input to the Planning Commission. We encourage all Oakton residents who drive or walk through Oakton along Chain Bridge Road to attend. It is essential for the County to receive community feedback, especially since VDOT will be have to approve all decisions regarding changes to the Chain Bridge Road corridor.
Let's show FCDOT & VDOT that we want car and pedestrian improvements for Oakton!
We invite you to engage with us and your neighbors on Facebook where our sister organization, Smart Growth for Oakton, is administering a shared site.
